Applicants must be at least 18 years old and high school graduates
(completion of at least one year of college or other post high school
experience is strongly preferred).

THIRD -- OBTAIN
REFERENCES:
Give the REFERENCE
FORMS to two or three people
who know your personality, skills and
your work with children (paid or
volunteer). References should be mailed directly from the person
serving as a reference to our office.

(If you have worked at camps, schools or similar programs,
we will need to get references from those programs. Authenticity of
all references will be verified.)
FOURTH -- HAVE
AN INTERVIEW:
If you live near us, we'll do that in person; otherwise by phone.
We'll call you to schedule the interview, but you can feel free to call us
also if you want to do this sooner. Be proactive!
THAT'S IT!
Right after the interview and verification of all references we will tell
you
whether or not we can offer you a job.
