Here at Campus Kids, we have evolved from macaroni necklaces and color by numbers.  Under Fine Arts Coordinator Sara C., activities ranging from bead looming to graffiti to ceramics are offered to campers on a daily basis.

Located mainly in Trevorrow Hall, campers can take advantage of a college's facilities.

Drawing is a favorite for campers wishing to sketch aspects of camp, make signs for their groups, or just doodle.

It might strike you as strange that a camp would offer graffiti as an activity.  While on the surface, one might think that we are training the vandals of tomorrow, it is strongly emphasized that skills learned in this activity ought to be used for good, never vandalism.  We only use our special, free standing graffiti wall.

Once a design has been perfected, campers may go out to the boards outside and spray-paint their creations for all of camp to see.

Campers can be seen walking around with numerous beaded necklaces, bracelets, ankle bracelets, and other creations made in bead looming.

Bead looming is also frequented by older divisions looking for a place to rest, read, and find a fan.

Over in the basement of Van Winkle, the art forms take a new perspective, substituting the pen for the tool.

In woodshop, campers can make a variety of things, ranging from figures and toys, to furniture and games (Two pieces to come out of wood that stand out are a dog house and knock-hockey table.)

Only a few feet away, campers were kneading clay into various shapes and sizes in the ceramics room.

The Goonies had obviously been there.

This sign refers to clay pieces, not staff.  Once a camper completes a piece, it is put into the kiln to harden.  It is at this point that the activity becomes a gamble.  While rare, sometimes a piece of completed pottery has exploded under the intense heat of the kiln.
