Campstock, our gigantic Woodstock-type music festival begins at 4 pm sharp. Everyone emerges from their dorms in tie dyed clothing and ready to rock out.
Well first, the staff assistants and the leadership team had to set up Campstock. It wasn't that difficult. No sweat or tears were shead from any of our eyes. None, whatsoever. Well, maybe that's a lie. But we still had fun!
The Blair Witches made quite an entrance. In true Campstock spirit, they met in the middle of their two dorms and sang their way to the bowl.
There are various booths run by the staff for campers who aren't quite ready to rock, such as...
Body art | |||
Hair Wraps | |||
Card games | |||
Parachute games | |||
Jewelry making | |||
Dizzy bat | |||
Face the Cookie | |||
Stilt walking | |||
and of course, cotton candy and snow cones. |
|||
And people danced and sang along to live music sung by their counselors and friends, which is the real fun of Campstock. Great friends, great music, and great memories.
Time for a much needed dinner break! Click here to see all of the fun that happened after dinner!
