It's announcements. Your stomach is growling and is ready for lunch. Luckily, Tom just dismissed everyone. This can only mean one thing: it's time to eat!
First though, bunk groups had to return to the dorms where they would wash up.
Once one would arrive at the Romano Dining Hall though, their mouths would water over the many choices there were for lunch.
Campers lined up to get trays, cups, and utensils. Only then can their meal experience truly begin.
Today's specials: tuna melt or frito pie with baked potatoes and Scandinavian vegetables.
Don't want the main course? No problem! There are plenty of other options that campers can feast on. There's a pasta bar...
A deli bar... | ||
A cereal bar... | ||
And an extensive salad bar.
All this food might make one thirsty. Luckily, there are plenty of drinks to quench one's thirst at the Romano Dining Hall.
Of course, no meal is complete without DESSERT!
However, one dessert is extremely valued at camp. In order to get ice cream, you would have to brave a long line, but it's worth it.
Everyone eats their meals together as a bunk group.
Of course, no meal at Campus Kids- New Jersey is complete without singing!
All good things most come to an end eventually. After gobbling their meals, the people of CK-NJ load give their dishes and utensils to the dish washer, and then head to bunk time.
Yum! | ||
