The Freshmen and Sophmores had the priviledge to try out an evening activity: Skit in a Bag!
Instead of going to clubs, Donald told them to meet Devon near the theater.
Devon then instructed the groups to go back to their dorms and find interesting items that could be used for a skit. The first group back will also get bonus points!
And they were off to the races!
Once back in their dorms, campers scurried to find items for their skits.
In a matter of a few minutes, each group had a bag full of goodies.
Each group then handed their bag to Devon for further instructions.
To the surprise of the groups, their bags were to be switched! Now, each group had fifteen minutes to make a skit using the items in their new bag about magic!
Groups then spread out within the area to make their skits.
Each group worked diligently on their skit.
Finally, it was time for groups to present their skits! | Judges Lauren, Devon, and Abe were to judge the skits based on the use of magic, creativity, and participation from the group.
Bilbos' Houdinis presented a skit about a magician who wowed the crowd with his three magic tricks.
The Voodoo Dolls put on a skit about a mouse who was magically turned into a dinosaur.
Hogwart's Homies presented a skit about dog walkers who saved Harry Potter's life!
An intermission was then held, with the singing of the song "Baby Shark"
The Bibbidy Bobbidy Boos' skit was about an evil overlord and her minyans. The minyans had to guess the correct card to escape from the overlord's misery. They did!
And last but not least, First Star on the Right, aka the Lil' Tinks, presented a skit about a magical shampoo.
The talent showed during these skits was immense . As campers walked to canteen, they thought about all the fun they with Skit In A Bag.
