What is a staff assistant? Well, on the outside, we are 15 teenagers divided into three teams that perform various essential tasks that help camp run smoothly. Although our jobs may seem small, we know that camp could not function without us. On the inside, we're a bunch of people trying to give back to a place that gave so much to us.
		First off is Team A(wesome). There are six people on Team A, and they take care of snack, changing the water coolers, sports equipment, changeover, evening programs and the big kahuna- lifeguarding.
			Michael is commonly referred to as the 'Sass master.'Despite this nickname, he is a very good listener and is always there when you need him. He swims like Phelps and runs like Bolt.
			Mandy is a beastly ultimate frisbee player. She's a math person, so she analyzes situations very well and mathematically solves life's everyday problems.
			Jared's face is very colorful. His eyes are blue, his hair is red, his lips are pink, his eyebrows are brown, and he has very rosy cheeks. He owns 2 puppies, Trixie and Nikki and also owns a potpourri of sports team apparel.
			Evan is in the ROTC program at his school. Despite his booming drill sergeant voice and his  intense karate skills, on the inside, Evan is a gigantic teddy bear. No, he is not proposing to anybody in his picture.
			Jibran is multitalented. He excels at baseball, ultimate frisbee, tenniball, and everything else you can imagine. He also can play bass guitar and wows us with his gymnastic expertise. He is almost always cracking jokes.
			Lizzy is an all around genuine person. She is an awesome listener, can always make you smile, and loves to eat peanut butter out of the jar. She also really likes babies.
	Team B(east)  also has six people, and they work in the office, set up and clean the art room and help out the nurses in the health office.
Kelcy is on the short side, but her personality is gigantic. She likes meeting new people and making strange noises.
Andrew lives in the North, but belongs in the South because of his love for country music. He runs cross country and plays Ultimate Frisbee for his school.
Lauren F can sing her way out of any situation. She never wears dull colors, and her hair reminds people of a pot o' gold at the end of the rainbow.
Mitch is very outgoing. He can have a good time with everybody, and can always put a smile on your face. He is a big Devils fan and plays Ice Hockey for his school.
Lauren M is a big goofball. She is the second baby lover of the group, and she enjoys dancing and going to concerts.
Caroline is a big sweetheart. She loves Harry Potter and Jack's Mannequin, especially the lead singer, Andrew McMahon. She is a master tie dyer and bracelet maker.
		Team D(ynamite) is currently writing this photo journal! We're sometimes the odd team out because there are only three of us, and we spend our days documenting camp activities with our cameras! We spend the rest of our time writing photo journals, staff interviews and handling the website.
			Karly is a big ball of sunshine in the morning! She is extremely enthusiastic about everything that she does. She is a vegetarian and like Caroline, she is a huge Harry Potter fan.
			Zach is the biggest Mets fan in the world. He has a lot of freckles and enjoys scaring people with the clown mask in his desk drawer.
			Lindsey is very organized. She loves to dance and is quite a talented artist. She loves her family and her friends, and works very hard to make sure everybody in a group is included.
But, through all of the hard work, we certainly have some great times together. Check out some of our memories from our past camper years here at CK...
