Do you want to strengthen your entire body in less than 1 hour?
Do you enjoy the soothing atmosphere of a yoga room filled with
calming music and comfortable mats?
Well now there is an
alternative workout for you:
Broga
and YoGirl!
These two activities were created at Campus Kids last year by our
current Performing Arts Coordinator Sean as a new way to work out here
at camp! |
The focus of these activities is
to improve muscle condition through classic yoga moves and some
additional exercises not seen in a traditional class. |

Although they have different
names, these 2 activities serve the same purpose but target the muscles
that boys (Broga) and girls (YoGirl)
use the most! |
After some Sun Salutations, it
was time to begin! |
