Most people know Dave Heath as the performing Arts coordinator of Campus Kids New Jersey. He plays drums, he sings, he writes music, he plays bass and guitar. Few, however, have witnessed his prowess in the area of the Culinary Arts. | |
| On this first weekend adventure, we were treated to his amazingly delicious, Fried Oreos! The first step was mixing up the the batter. Pancake mix, cinnamon, and sugar. |

| Drop in some Oreos.. |
Scoop 'em out... |
And drop 'em in hot oil! |

Lot's of people voluteered to help make them. |
